I work with adults bringing a wide range of experiences into the room — anxiety, low mood, difficult relationships, bereavement, work stress, a sense of being stuck, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. You don't need a clear diagnosis or a tidy explanation of what's wrong to start; most people arrive without one.
A good deal of my work over the years has been with women rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse, and I bring particular care and experience to that work — understanding both the immediate impact and the longer, quieter ways it can shape a sense of self and trust. But that's one part of a broader practice, not the whole of it, and you're welcome here whatever has brought you.
